“There is an objectivity to the way we design. Establishing first what’s best for the home, weaving in what’s best for the client, and then finishing off with a style that’s best for both. We want to create homes which are classic and sophisticated, homes that will outlast a trend, but first and foremost we want to create homes which are rational, appropriate and thoughtful.”

After completing a degree in Interior Design, the early years of Christian’s career were spent working on a broad range of projects which included both high-end residential, and boutique commercial offerings. Relocating from South Africa to London in 2015, Christian began working with the formidable duo that is Turner Pocock, leaving after five years to form his own studio.
“My passion has always been creating liveable spaces, which centre around thoughtfulness and combine a strong aesthetic with practical living. The studio’s style reflecting a cross pollination of contemporary and traditional. Mixing the blank slate thinking of my South African roots, with a distinct nod to the more traditional homes and interiors of the UK. The homes we create are well rounded and full of depth”
